Returns and Exchanges


  • We do not accept return, at this times, due to health regulations, hygiene concerns, and sanitation reasons, but we will honor an exchange of equal or less value.
  • If there are any problems with your order, please contact us via email so we can help you resolve the issue.
  • You must notify us of any incorrect or missing items within 3 days after receipt of your shipment via email.
  • Exchanges must be made within 7 business days of delivery.
  • The exchange policy is void If the hair is tampered with - please do not alter the hair or cut the zip ties on the bundles as this will disqualify your product from a proper exchange.
  • Return address will be provided once the exchange is approved by an MNX Sales associate, please note the product must be sent back at your expense, we advise using a shipping carrier that provides tracking and receipt of shipment.
