Watch this video to for a step by step tutorial.
Step 1
Start by adding two scoops of bleach powder and 30 volume creme developer together until it creates a creamy consistency (ex. yogurt, pudding). Be sure to not make it too runny or too thick to avoid any mishaps. If you’re coloring hair that is longer in length, then you will probably need more than two scoops of bleach powder (but just add as you go if needed).
Step 2
Using an application brush, start to apply the bleach on the bundle from top to bottom. Now if you are going for an ombre look, start from the bottom and work your way up to your desired level. Be sure to blend your bleach at the top (TIP: Swipe vertically) to prevent that harsh line at the top. Wrap the area with aluminum foil sheets and let it process until desired color is achieved. Be sure to check the extensions every 5-8 minutes to see how much the hair color is lifting.
Step 3
Shampoo hair thoroughly with a neutralizing shampoo, making sure all the chemical residue is washed out. Deep condition hair for about 20-30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Let hair air dry completely and use heat protector before styling.
